Can't bear d pain? Go ahead Write n Read.

To read means to make one happy. You get different kind of happiness from different activities but reading is something which provides food to our hungry desirable brain. The tendency of people seems to be changing and they have stopped reading for happiness. Means of learning and work are the only reason seem to be left for the reading these days.
It’s not easy for people to spend their life who suffer from cancer. They need to have lot of mental strength. American scientists say that such people should write there experiences and the problems they face in such conditions. It’s an out burst of tension and stress for them. This is also useful for the people suffering from asthma. Sometimes even physical pain seems to be reducing by writing and reading. This was not being studied practically by the American scientists. So the people suffering from cancer at the cancer rehabilitation centre were told to write there experiences and then the scientists studied there mental and psychological condition. It was observed that nearly 54% change was observed during this practical test. As there opinions turned up through their own writings they understood problems they are facing and how to overcome them was said by the patients themselves.
Every kind of stress and loneliness can also be reduced by reading and writing. You will get to know about this only if you to try to write and read. The best way to judge this is only, Write and read anything of your choice when you facing problem.

Power of Dance n Music.

This is just unbelievable for anyone who would visit this house of temple where even the up growing trees have to bend down their branches towards the ground. Everyone must be knowing that Power of Dance and Music can convert impossible into possible. This is the same with trees planted at “ Nritya Prerna ” school of dance owned by the famous dancer Mrs. Suchitra Date at Mitra Mandal colony, near saras baag. She herself is a psycho therapist and conducts one to one counseling.
This place is where the backyard of the bungalow has a dancing floor surrounded by trees, grass, historical monuments, etc. we can say it’s a wholesome of a wonderful place of purity, knowledge and happiness. She is been teaching Bharatnatyam here for the last 23 yrs. She has also used her dancing skills for the mentally challenged children using dance therapy. She has also worked at private institutions like Kamayani and the Balgram at the Tata Institute, Social Sciences during her college days in Mumbai and also handles cases given to her by orthopedic surgeons.
During these days, she noticed various changes as she worked with her first case, more preferably whom she calls her first student was a Septum Defect i.e. Hole in the heart. Teaching the small girl dance, her efforts broke all bounds and the girl’s life span increased by 7-8 years more than the time prescribed to her by the doctor. Mrs. Suchitra Date has also worked upon many blind, deaf n dumb, atheistic children, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactive disorder), ADD (attention deficit disorder) and different forms of dyslexia as we see the child in the movie Taare Zaamen Par. One of her challenging job was when she worked upon a girl who walked on her toes mostly known to have mild cerebral palsy. Now the girl not only walks but also runs and participates in school sports competition. She says, the most important thing I noticed was a sure cure to their problems to some extent. Working with the blind is in itself very wonderful job. Orphanage children mostly suffered with scabies and after teaching them dance it’s started getting cured and with some it could cure totally. The children seem to become healthier, increased resistance power and overall started improving. This can truly be called the power of art form (dance). She says, people need not come to me but they should start learning Bharatnatyam and I am sure it would be great help.
She also encourages her students to take up dance therapy as a carrier, which is very interesting as well as much influencing, help to society. She herself also takes short term courses.
Suchitra Date says, I believe people of our country should respect our Indian cultural dances and keep them going “ Its our culture, prestige and our duty to preserve it”and she believes EVERY PERSON IS SPECIAL !

I feel proud to tell tht i m one of her many students. :-)

Impregnable Madhe Ghat

Towering at the majestic height of 1700 ft. above sea level Madhe Ghat situated in Pune District is one of the finest Ghat where you can see a combination of ghat, rivers, waterfall, nature and small villages surrounding them. Although many people even living in Pune wouldn’t be aware of this place which will make you stress free. Especially for people who need some change at weekends, it’s a place free from traffic, pollution, population and the city chaos.
This is the place from where Late Shivaji Maharaj secured his first win over the fort Torana. As you enter you would first come across this fort which is at a majestic height of about 1950 ft. in Taluka Velhe. If you start your journey in morning you could even enjoy the cool respite of the sun. As you head towards Maghe Ghat which is situated further from here you would pass through small villages situated on the hills and village people woking hard in their fields which are just adjacent to the roads. When you reach the peak sometimes you too can experience fog and may be you would have to even walk through feeling on top of the world. As you come near you will actually feel the cool breeze flowing through the great waterfall. This place also offers a view of the Konkan region and Rajgad on the other side. After this you can also visit the Lingana fort just at a close distance. Two small rivers pass by this fort.
The Madhe ghat is known as after the late Tanaji Malsure, the great soldier who worked with Shivaji Maharaj and died a victory death. Breathtaking views of Sunset, Ghat, Waterfalls and the beautiful nature around you do not let one step out from this place of heaven.
The best season to visit is from June to December. Guides are available.

How to get there:
It’s a 1 hr journey to the Nasrapur village on the Pune-Satara highway. After you reach this village head towards Velhe taluka from where you could hire a guide or ask for the further route. Next 20 mins you could reach to your destination. So enjoy your next weekend at Madhe Ghat taking a trip to the historic days.

"YOUNGISTAN"

hi...
I m writing the following write up mentioned below as i have experienced and faced such things in life. It always came to mind n kept on troubling my mom with thousands of questions for which i nvr received even a satisfactory answer. Now when i hav this blog of mine, i would like to tell you n trouble u with my weird questions. i hope 2 receive a feedbck. 1 request ....i m vry weird in my writin...i keep on jumpin frm one subjct to othr ....i hope u will adjust with my writin ;-)

Here's fr u d frst questn as my title ....
"Whts ur definatn fr Youngistan?"

I strongly feel CHANGE in its practical term is not at all wrkin out for India...as per A.P.J abdul kalam's wrds of having a developd India till 2020 i cant see even a ray of hope. Politicians, poverty...increasin population n people still stubborn mentality doesnt seem to CHANGE. This way no country cn hope for development. I truli feel youngstrs should becom the part of politics now. Why onli politians childrn n grandchildrn gt a chance to come up...why arent the young generation askd for opinions? y cnt d common midlle class youngsters who realli hav a will to do somthng fr our country.... represent in politics? Why students of our country onli runnin behind money by doin MBA, enginrng n docs? Is the show on MTV "youngistan" is the real meaning of d word? R the VJ's the real youngistan who will tak our country on to bcom d "DEVELOPED INDIA 2020"?

EG. In a Simple conversation as me n my close frnd talkd i askd her.....

Dont u ever feel to step frwrd to bring abt a change to India in som ways or d othr? i mean u cn tak som tim out to help poor, needy people or any way u want...?jus a social deed.

Her answer :(answerd bck within a sec) wht do i gt out of it? studies, degree, money, lover, status, fame n comfort life r onli my goals. whts with this social wrk gonna help m in ny way?

Myself : Thts fin. But if India doesnt develop then hw cn u hav a comfort lif, money etc?

Her answer : (answer bfr i could even finish mine) i will go abroad.

For a tim i was shockd this grl is nt thinkn abt India at all. Does she evn remenbr she is a citizen of India?....but its the truth 80% of the young generation r runnin behind money?
Why is our mentality nt changin? Why we still onli adore bhagat singh n gandhiji for there deeds. they are gon they hav done their wrk. Nows its tim to wrk lik thm practicalli remembrn thm forevr.
I dnt think this can evr bring a change in india. SOM1 should stand up to this.
Yes som1 should but who ......who cn? who will? Cn it evr happn?
Youngsters lik us? Or our mom dad? Or d politians who i dnt thnk r still successful in doin so.?

Heart to Heart.

Today I am 20 yrs old bold girl who is prepared for every single hurdle coming in way of life. And that’s certainly because of my MOM.

My “MOM” Dr. Sheetal Ashok Pawade.
She is an elegant, smart, intelligent and bold lady. The one thing for which I really look upon my MOM is the way she works. Surprisingly I always see her doing the best. Today when I step into this unknown world, I like to thank my MOM from the core of my heart for bringing me here in Pune for studies and other activities. I am staying here with my MOM from last 13 yrs when my dad, a government officer, was working in Vidharbha. As I was small I couldn’t understand the pains and troubles she must have gone through when she took care of me all alone. Dad came to meet us only in 4-5 months, sometimes more than that. But now being a grown up girl, when I walk in this still orthodox society, I salute my mom for her courage and boldness. I can't tell one incident about my MOM because sh has given all her life to me. I know my words like thanks and salute can’t ever fulfill the sacrifice she made for me but still
Mom I love …I love from the core of my heart. You are great ….simply the best mom in the World.

No one is,
No one has been,
No one would be,As great as my MA …!

STEP INTO MY HEART

Step Into my heart and have a seat

listen to the rhythm of life that

emerges from within that is the

beat of my spirit, the swaying of my soul.

Beauty unmasked can only

be found from within, the

outer body is merely a shell

that encapsulates the very essence of me.

You judge and stereotype

what you can see, before

you even try to understand

what the naked eye cannot perceive.

You label and judge

condemn or reward

based totally upon

sight and not the contents of my heart.

My heart is that of a person who loves unconditionally.

Look at all the love you are denying yourself because

you are too blind too really see me.

My mind is that of a person who seeks to understand.

Why do you close your heart to what

could be a wonderful relationship?

My soul is the soul of a person

who has experience the joys

and pains of living but I refuse to

be bitter so that I may enjoy a fruitful and productive life.

The country of my origin, the parents of my birth,

the pigmentation of my skin is that how

you determine a persons worth?

Free yourself from the bondage of hate,

mistrust and fear.Though I might be different from you,

yet in so many ways we are the same how can you not see

we have the same humanity flowing through our veins?

So please Step into my heart and

have a seat, there is

someone I want you

to meet.

THE ONE !

A perfect personality which i ever wanted to intimate ,
A perfect helping hand which i ever wanted to see,
A perfect deed whom i ever saw carrying out,
A perfect smile which ever makes others feel good

Do u know who is this person?
this is ........
One and only one guru,
One and only one guru,
eminent one ,
loving one ,
determined one!!!
A smiling face ... A word of cheer

Can stop a falling of a tear,
A helping hand... A little deed,
A wish to please GIVES JOY AND PEACE!!!
A person blessed with a loving heart,
But which says love is never put there to stay,
It says love isnt love till u "GIVE IT AWAY" !!!

MY ASPRITION

Some say,
"Never see dreams they never ought to get fulfilled"
but I say,
"Success lies beneath your dreams".
The same dream, that I saw when I was in school was about dance.
I call dance my LIFE, as I understood it's worth later these days. I have been learning classical Bharatnatyam dance for the last 13 yrs and still my heart says 'Dil mange more'.
I will dance
till my dreams come true,
I will dance
till I succeed in it,
I will dance
till I become a great dancer,
I will dance
till I give knowledge to others,
I will dance
till I die, till I die!

I myself cannot believe that I have written this poem to say it in my speech during my first stage performance called 'Arangetram' when I was just 11yrs old. My dreams r actually coming true and I will definitely wok hard to fulfill it. There are many people from whom I have learnt but my idol is my MOM. She always says,
"People may doubt what you say, but they will always believe what you do"……… 'Catch all the dreams if you can'.
